DESIGN - Disabled Employability Signaling
DESIGN project stands for finding the most suitable person for a job, for breaking discrimination cycles and society prejudice barriers that people with disability are facing. The main aim of the project is to deliver high job placement counselling services, to disable people and to employers that have suitable job places.

We are proudly announcing that the DESIGN project received the label of «Bonne pratique»
During three years, the project partners developed a set of tools and materials to help on delivering high job placement counselling services, both to people with disabilities, and for those employers with suitable job places.

Job Placement Service Learning Programme
Manual

The Job Placement Service Learning Programme Manual has been prepared in response to the Intellectual Output III.  This output helps delivering the Training of Professionals for the Placement of People with Disabilities in the Open Labour Market.

This guide is designed to help organizations replicate and promote the training course. It can be used for organizations to deliver online and workshop sessions for professionals working in employment and human resources services, especially professionals working with employment for people with disabilities. 

All the information in these pages are based in the pilot experiences in four European countries (France, Portugal, Hungary, Romania), and their evaluation reports. 

The manual can be accessed also in French, Hungarian, Portuguese and Romanian.
