The partnership of DESIGN project integrates partners with strong experience in disabled persons guidance, counselling, training and implementing job placement services, including internal work placement. Some partners have also experience in research, social innovation and direct intervention with target groups (disabled persons).
4 NGO’s with experience in social support, guidance, counselling, training & job placement AFID, Portugal AFID Foundation is a charitable organization, focused on rehabilitation initiatives, education, training and integration of the occupational disabled. Hand in Hand Foundation, Hungary Hand in Hand Foundation has been working for the creation of a community in which people with disabilities can live with dignity. The Foundation works as an innovator in the social profession develops and models unique, much demanded services for the social and the non-governmental sector, as well as the families affected. Afeji, France AFEJI is a non-profit organization who intervenes in the social, sanitary and medico-social sector that covers physical handicaps, intellectual disabilities, behavioral disorders, social and familial handicaps as well as psychological difficulties. ASSOC, Romania The organization was set up to promote education and social assistance in the scope of improving the life conditions of the disadvantaged groups, through a social service providing structure capable to meeting the needs of the disadvantaged. 3 NGO’s with experience in developing innovative and models programmes EASI, Romania The European Association for Social Innovation is a non-governmental organization, that aims the advancement of social innovation in Europe, through the development of research and pilot projects, identification and dissemination of best practices, awarding grants and scholarships regarding the social Innovation practices, processes and systems developed in urban and rural areas, public services, third sector and private sector. ANDICAT, France ANDICAT is an association from France, which has as main objectives to promote a job market adapted to people with disabilities, to defend the right of work and social assistance of disable people, to create positive consensus for the well-being of people served by ESAT, to organise exchanges of ideas and practices between supervisors of ESAT and associations. Aproximar, Portugalia Aproximar is a non-profit social innovation advocacy organisation with the mission of empowering individuals, groups and organizations towards autonomy.
